For years,  Safaricom and M-PESA Foundations quietly transformed millions of lives across Kenya, yet they remained overshadowed by other organizations in public recognition. We knew it was time to change this perception and showcase the Foundations true impact as a force for good.

Our strategy focused on authenticity. We wanted to highlight not just the Foundations projects, but the real lives it had changed. We crafted the ‘Letters for Good’ campaign that we executed using a docu-series. Centred on defining moments, the campaign showcased pivotal moments where Safaricom and M-PESA Foundations made a lasting difference in a person’s life and societies at large.

Through heartfelt storytelling by the beneficiaries themselves and re-enactments of the real-life stories of hope and change. We demonstrated how the Foundations weren’t just funding projects but actively shaping a better future for Kenya.

Through bringing these stories to life, we conveyed the Foundations as a recognized catalyst for change and a partner in progress. The campaign celebrated 20 years of impact and set the stage for continued transformation in the years to come, ensuring Safaricom and M-PESA Foundations legacies would be seen, felt, and cherished by all Kenyans.
